About us

Instructors at J's Art studio encourage and guide students in adventures with many conventional and alternative mediums. Our goal is to enhance the personal development of each student through creative exploration and acquisition of artistic skills. Our projects scan the realm of media and materials available on the market today, and include all drawing and painting techniques, many age-appropriate sculpture techniques, and experimental approaches to art. In teaching the different techniques, instructors act as guides and problem solvers, allowing each child to interpret the project individually and express at their own level of interest and skill.

We are committed to helping students develop their creativity and imagination through exciting projects inspired by innovative techniques and the Great Masters. Every semester, students will learn skills in a variety of media including clay, paper-mache, pastels, pencils, and paint. Our small class sizes allow for personal attention from our instructors, and students are encouraged to think outside the box in order to create truly unique works of art.
